The first fully online payroll project in MBusiness is now available in Kyrgyzstan

From March 30 to April 3, 2026, MBANK implemented the MJunior project within the international Global Money Week 2026 campaign, aimed at improving financial literacy among teenagers in Kyrgyzstan.

On March 30, 2026, the official launch of the campaign took place at Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn. The event was held under the slogan &ldquo;Money with wisdom &mdash; prosperity in the home.&rdquo; During the opening, representatives of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Union of Banks held a dialogue with students. MBANK representatives, including Azim Azimov and his daughter, demonstrated the capabilities of the MJunior application for financial planning education.

On March 31, 2026, the educational program continued in Bishkek schools. Interactive financial literacy sessions were held in several schools, including the CashFlow game. Students in grades 6&ndash;9 learned the basics of financial planning, the difference between assets and liabilities, principles of investing, and expense management through interactive learning.

According to the students, the events provided practical knowledge on money management and digital tools. Teachers noted the importance of introducing financial literacy as a school subject from an early age.

On April 1, 2026, winners of the school tournaments visited the MBANK IT hub with an area of 14,000 sq. m. Participants were introduced to the internal structure of the bank, including marketing, IT, customer experience, and product development departments. Chairman of the MBANK Management Board, Maksatbek Ishembayev, conducted a tour and spoke about the brand strategy and educational initiatives of the bank.

During the event, students tested the functionality of the MJunior app, including services such as MMarket, MTravel, and MTicket, which allow users to plan purchases and trips through the mobile application.

On April 2, 2026, the educational program was held in the southern capital, the city of Osh. A financial fair at Osh State University gathered more than 600 participants, including students and representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Deposit Protection Agency, and MBANK. Bank experts advised participants on digital security and modern banking products.

The final events took place in Osh schools named after Bokonbaev and Makarenko. Students learned about security features of banknotes, expense control basics, and savings planning methods. CashFlow game sessions allowed participants to practice financial management skills.

According to MBANK, the Global Money Week 2026 activities demonstrated strong demand for financial literacy education initiatives among teenagers and students.

Technical maintenance

As part of Global Money Week, the MJunior team visited schools in Osh to provide a program aimed at developing financial literacy among local children. The training sessions were held at the Joomart Bokonbaev and Makarenko schools for students in grades 6&ndash;9.

The large-scale meeting focused on personal finance management. Speakers included school directors, representatives of MBANK and MJunior, and Mayram Abdykaimova, director of the Novator Business School. The session brought students together to learn a key lesson: how to turn childhood dreams into real opportunities.

The discussion began with an emotional moment: many children admitted that their biggest dream was to send their parents on a trip. However, achieving such goals requires not only desire but also a clear plan.

Mayram Abdykaimova explained the national currency of Kyrgyzstan to the students. They learned that banknotes are made from cotton. Special attention was given to security: children were shown the protective features of bills and were taught the importance of handling money carefully. Budgeting was also highlighted, with simple examples showing the consequences of financial illiteracy, such as earning 500 soms but spending 700.

The children, together with the speakers, explored important financial topics:

Knowledge was reinforced with the legendary Cashflow game. Robert Kiyosaki&rsquo;s educational game teaches how to manage capital, distinguish assets from liabilities, invest, and develop a mindset for generating passive income.

Children enthusiastically engaged in the process, choosing professions ranging from teacher to doctor, manager to investor. Each student filled out a financial report, recording income, expenses, and assets, and analyzed their finances independently.

The classroom turned into a real race. Children tried to escape the trap of everyday expenses, actively trading cards, debating whether to invest in stocks or save for a big deal. When someone announced that their income was now &ldquo;flowing automatically&rdquo; and they reached the &ldquo;big circle,&rdquo; the room erupted in excitement. Children cheered each other on. The winner was the one who first achieved their dream, such as buying tickets for their parents&rsquo; trip. Each student felt like a successful entrepreneur who understands the value of money. It was an explosion of emotions and a realization that the path to wealth can be fun.

<h3>Participant Feedback</h3>

The event received strong feedback from both teachers and students.

Elnura Kudayberdi Kyzy, computer science teacher at Joomart Bokonbaev School No. 5, noted: 
&ldquo;Many children do not know how to manage money properly or find ways to earn it. The MJunior training was a great support: children learned to manage money and express their opinions openly. This experience was valuable not only for students but also for us as teachers. We are eagerly awaiting new sessions.&rdquo;

Gulzat Medetova, director of the MBANK Osh branch, said: 
&ldquo;The Cashflow game teaches children to make financial decisions wisely and encourages critical thinking. They develop a different attitude toward money, learning to save and think before spending.&rdquo;

The MJunior team presented memorable gifts to the game winners, and all participants received certificates confirming their participation in the financial education training.

At the end of the session, MJunior asked the students if they enjoyed this format of learning financial literacy. The answer was a loud and enthusiastic &ldquo;Yes!&rdquo; When asked how often they would like to attend such sessions, the entire hall shouted, &ldquo;Every day!&rdquo;

Seeing such genuine excitement and engagement, the MJunior team reaffirmed the importance and demand for their role in educating and supporting the younger generation.
