The deadline for providing a response is 30 calendar days from the date of registration of the appeal.

If you have already left an appeal and there are no new arguments in the new appeal, the appeal may be left unanswered. A written request, which does not contain personal and contact details, as well as the postal address to which a response should be sent, is recognized as anonymous and is not subject to consideration.

A written appeal containing obscene or offensive expressions, threats to the life, health and property of an employee of the Bank, as well as members of his family, may be left without consideration.
