JSC "Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN" traces its history since January 01, 1988 as the Kirkontor of Zhilsotsbank of the USSR, on the basis of which the Bank was established on November 06, 1990, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic as JSCB "Kyrgyzstan".
In 2005, the Bank was reorganized into AKB Kyrgyzstan OJSC, and since November 20, 2006, the Bank has the current name of Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN OJSC, which operates on the basis of a license for the right to carry out banking operations of the NBKR No. 014.
