As a primary dealer in the government securities market of the Kyrgyz Republic, our Bank provides intermediary services for the acquisition and sale of government securities (STB, NBKR Notes) on behalf of and at the expense of the client, and also provides accurate and reliable information on ongoing trading in the government securities market of the Kyrgyz Republic .

There are two types of government securities on the government securities market of the Kyrgyz Republic: State Treasury bills and notes of the National Bank.

State treasury bills (STB) are short-term, interest-free (discount) government securities issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Benefits of STB:
  • STB are secured by state property;
  • term of STB circulation - 3.6 and 12 months;
  • you can sell the purchased ST-Bills before their maturity in the secondary market, if you urgently need money;
  • nominal value of one STB - 100 soms.
Benefits of Notes of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic
  • are the most risk-free and highly liquid securities, since the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic acts as a guarantor;
  • circulation period 7,14 and 28 days
  • nominal value of one NB KR Note - 10,000 (Ten thousand) soms

Notes of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic are government securities issued by the National Bank in non-documentary form.

The value of securities is determined by auctions held by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. Latest results are available here

For the purchase of Notes of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and ST-Bills, our Bank will take commissions according to the tariffs:
  • purchase and sale of State Treasury bills on behalf and at the expense of the client 0.2% of the transaction amount (minimum commission amount - 50 soms, maximum 2000 soms)
  • purchase of Notes of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic 10% of the discount amount (minimum commission 10 soms, maximum 100 soms)
