- Loan term: up to 84 months;
- Interest rate: - from 22% per annum*;
- Consideration period: up to 3 days;
- Collateral: acquired real estate;
- Mandatory condition: down payment - from 30% of the purchase price of residential property. If the participant does not have his own contribution, it is allowed to provide additional collateral in the form of real estate;
Required documents:
- Passport of the borrower, spouse and guarantors (if any);
- Passport of the pledger and the spouse of the pledger (if the pledger is a third party);
- Marriage certificate (also pledger);
- Documents for real estate pledged (registration certificate, title document, certificate of the absence of restrictions / encumbrances);
- If necessary, the Bank may request additional documents.
