1. Identity Documents

Borrower, Spouse, and Guarantors (if applicable): Valid Passports.
Pledger Identity (if a third party): Valid Passport of the Pledger and their Spouse.
Family Status: Original Marriage Certificate (required for the borrower and any pledger).

2. Business and Income Proof

Income Confirmation: Official documents confirming the income stream of the borrower.
Business Registration: Certificate of registration as an Individual Entrepreneur or a valid Business Patent.

3. Collateral Documents

Real Estate Pledge: All relevant documentation for the pledged property, including:
- Registration Certificate
- Title Document
- Certificate confirming the absence of restrictions or encumbrances on the property.
