How to take part in the promotion?
Simply pay for goods and services with your Visa MBANK Gold card for a total amount of 1,000 KGS or more — either in stores or online within Kyrgyzstan. Participation is automatic.
Who can participate?
Individuals aged 18 and older, who are residents of the Kyrgyz Republic and holders of a Visa Gold card (including Instant) issued by MBANK JSC, having completed full identification in the MBANK mobile app.
How is the winner determined?
The winner is the participant who makes the highest total amount of cashless purchases using their Visa MBANK Gold card during the promotion period.
Only transactions that meet the following criteria are counted:
• At least 1,000 KGS per purchase;
• In different MCC categories;
• Up to 100,000 KGS per MCC category.
Which transactions are not included?
• Payments via QR code;
• Transfers, top-ups, cash withdrawals;
• Purchases made outside Kyrgyzstan;
• Transactions with excluded MCC codes (utilities, taxes, gambling, etc. — see the full list in the promotion rules).
Do I need to register for the promotion?
No. If you meet the conditions, you are automatically enrolled.
How can I find out which MCC codes are included?
The list of eligible and excluded MCC codes is published in the Promotion Rules on the MBANK website and available via a link in the mobile app.
Can I participate if I just open a Visa MBANK Gold card now?
Yes. If you open a Visa MBANK Gold card and make purchases that meet the promotion requirements, you will automatically become a participant.
Where can I find the promotion results?
Information about the winners will be published on MBANK’s official pages.
What if my purchase was refunded?
Returned, canceled, or reversed transactions are excluded from the calculation.
What is an MCC code?
It is a unique merchant category code that identifies the type of goods or services (for example: supermarket, café, pharmacy, etc.). Only purchases with eligible MCC codes are counted.
Can I exchange the prize for cash?
No. The prize cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.
How can I confirm that my purchase was counted?
All authorized transactions are included. It is enough that the purchase appears in your MBANK transaction history.
What if I win but cannot travel to Barcelona?
If the winner refuses the trip, the prize will be transferred to the next participant and cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
