The grand prize will go to the participant whose ranking position matches a special 4-digit number. This number will be formed based on the combination of indicators as of January 31.

How to participate?

Make payments and use any MBANK products. For each activity, you earn points. Every 500 points = 1 ticket. The more tickets you collect — the higher your chances of winning.

How to earn tickets?

Points are awarded for completing tasks in the MBANK app. The full list of tasks is available in the “Prize Marathon” section of the app, as well as on the website https://mbank.kg/promotion.

Where can I see my tickets?

In the MBANK app — in the “Prize Marathon” section, under the “Rewards” tab. There you can see all points and tickets you’ve collected.

Who can participate?

Only residents of the Kyrgyz Republic, over 18 years old, can take part

Do I need to pay anything to join?

No. Participation is free. Just use the bank’s products and services and complete the tasks.

How will I know if I win?

You will receive a push notification from the MBANK app. In addition, the list of winners will be published on MBANK’s official channels: https://mbank.kg/promotion and Instagram @mbankkgz.

I won. What’s next?

Branded merch (backpack, mug, umbrella): You can claim it at any MBANK branch. Bring your passport (or ID card) and the MBANK app. If the prize is not available at that branch, staff will arrange delivery or tell you where it is in stock. Ecosystem certificate (MMarket, MTravel, MTicket, MInvest): Certificates are credited automatically after verification. They will appear directly in the service. You’ll receive a notification once ready. Cash prize: An MBANK representative will contact you. You will then need to visit a branch in person to complete the paperwork. After that, the money will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

Нow long does the promotion last?

The promotion period is from 01.10.2025 to 25.12.2025, inclusive.

Can I win multiple times?

Yes, you can. A participant may receive multiple prizes, but no more than one prize of each type within the merch and ecosystem certificate categories. – For example, if a participant wins a backpack and an umbrella with two different winning tickets — they can receive both. – If two identical prizes drop (e.g., two backpacks), only one is awarded, and the second winning ticket passes to the next participant in order.

What is the super prize?

The main prize is an apartment! It will be awarded to the participant whose final ranking position matches the unique number generated by a transparent formula (details in the rules).

What is the leaderboard?

It is a ranking of all participants based on the number of tickets collected. You can track your progress, see your position, and compare your results with others. The leaderboard is located in the “Prize Marathon” section under the “Ranking” tab.

How to use the certificate?

The certificate will appear in the service. You can use it either in full or in parts, multiple times, until the balance is fully spent.The certificate is valid for 2 months from the moment of activation.
