Brief Technical Update

On July 22, from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM, our systems will take a short break to become even better for you.

During this time, the following services in the MBANK app will be temporarily unavailable: Loans, M+, Adal Installments, Car Loans, Mortgage, phone number and passport data updates, deposit closures, and SWIFT transfers.

In MKassa, fund withdrawals, balance viewing, and detailed statements will also be temporarily unavailable. Don't worry — payments will continue to be accepted, but settlement may be slightly delayed.

✅ Your existing cards, transfers, and MPay will continue to work as usual.

Ordering new MBANK, MIslamic, MJunior, and MBusiness cards will also be temporarily suspended during this period.

In addition, the MBusiness app and its web version will be temporarily unavailable for approximately one hour.
