Scheduled maintenance on the payment systems side
Due to planned system updates by our partners, temporary interruptions in Visa and Mastercard card services may occur on April 8 from 05:00 to 06:00 AM.
During this time, the following services may be unavailable:
- Payments: in stores, online, and at ATMs of other banks;
- Transfers: card-to-card;
- Acceptance of payments via Visa and Mastercard cards.
Elcart card payments will operate as usual. All other services within the MBANK app will remain fully available.
MBANK will monitor the situation to ensure services are restored as quickly as possible.
