From March 11th, 2024, payment charges will come into force when ordering a MBANK GOLD card and making delivery via the MBANK mobile application or at Bank branches

We would like to inform you that starting from March 11th, 2024, charges for ordering a MBANK GOLD card and making delivery in the MBANK mobile application and in Bank branches will come into force.
Card issuance rates:

Payment for the order of the MBANK GOLD card is charged when ordering the card in the mobile application by debiting available funds from the existing account, in the absence of funds - refusal to issue the card.
If you refuse to receive the card or delivery, the funds will not be refunded to the customer.
If the delivery conditions are changed from delivery to pickup, the previously paid money for delivery will not be refunded to the customer
There is no provision for canceling the card order upon successful acceptance of the application for issuing the card in the MBANK application.
If the delivery address is incorrectly specified when ordering the cards, the card will be sent to the nearest branch of the Bank. There is no refund for the delivery.
