Плати ладонью, говори с MIА: MBANK рассказал о прорывах на MTalX 2026

6 October 2026

On October 6, a closed presentation of MTalX 2026 was held, where MBANK CEO Marat Toraliev presented the bank’s innovative developments. The event brought together key partners, media representatives, and market leaders, marking a starting point for new global standards in the banking sector.

Transformation of Mashina and MHouse: from automotive classifieds to a full-fledged ecosystem within MBANK

At MTalX, the transformation of Mashina and MHouse services was announced. Thanks to their integration into the MBANK ecosystem, they have evolved from ordinary classifieds platforms into major digital centers.

Mashina is now a unified automotive ecosystem with an audience of 1 million active users per month and a database of more than 100,000 listings. Users can now access the full cycle of car ownership and purchase within the app: from searching for and checking a vehicle to insurance with high cashback on compulsory third-party liability insurance (OSAGO) and instant auto financing in just a few clicks.

MHouse, in turn, has become a full-fledged platform for the real estate sector. All key processes — buying, selling, renting, and applying for a mortgage — are now available directly in the app.

With these updates, the services have gone beyond traditional classifieds platforms, becoming convenient digital assistants that support customers at every stage.

For the first time across Kyrgyzstan: get a personalized card in one minute with an MBANK cardomat

At MTalX, MBANK presented a cardomat, an innovative solution whose development was initiated by the bank’s customers. An in-depth analysis of user inquiries revealed the main pain point: customers had to spend time waiting for their cards to be issued and received.

To solve this problem and transform the traditional customer experience, the bank launched instant issuance of personalized cards. Right on stage, blogger Aidana Deka issued her MBANK card in just one minute.

Previously, producing a personalized card required waiting, a separate visit to a branch, or arranging delivery. Now, instant card issuance and replacement are available nationwide — all it takes is to scan the QR code on the cardomat using the app. MBANK was the first bank in the country to roll out this technology on a national scale: 56 personalized cardomats and 9 instant cardomats are already operating across MBANK branches throughout Kyrgyzstan.

MIA voice assistant: intelligent search for MBANK services in two languages

At the MTalX stage, MBANK CEO Marat Toraliev and blogger Nurseiit Anarkulov demonstrated another innovation. During the presentation, they spoke with the MIA voice assistant, which responded to their requests accurately and instantly.

Integrated into the MBANK app, MIA freely understands both Kyrgyz and Russian, eliminating the need to manually search for functions in the menu or memorize their exact names. MIA recognizes speech based on meaning and associations, continuously learns, and immediately suggests relevant services — from topping up a balance and applying for a loan to searching for products on MMarket.

Without a smartphone, cards, or cash: MBANK launches Kyrgyzstan’s first palm-payment technology, MPay Alakan

In 2025, MBANK launched MPay, a unique proprietary solution that completely eliminated the dependence of payments on an internet connection. At MTalX 2026, MBANK went even further, giving customers the ability to make payments without smartphones, cards, or cash.

MBANK CEO Marat Toraliev made the first palm payment in Kyrgyzstan using MPay Alakan live in front of the guests. He was followed by blogger Meken Kemel, who registered his palm and paid for a purchase via MPay Alakan in just a few minutes.

In 2025, customers no longer needed an internet connection; in 2026, they no longer need cash, cards, or even smartphones. Sensors scan the unique pattern of the palm veins. The system converts these parameters into an encrypted code that cannot be copied, intercepted, or forged using a photograph, ensuring a high level of security. The transaction is completed by bringing the palm close to a dedicated scanner on an MKassa POS terminal.

“While the market reacts to change, MBANK is creating a new digital reality. We have removed outdated barriers: three-day waiting periods have been replaced by cardomats, while complicated searches have been replaced by direct control through MIA AI. Mashina and MHouse have moved beyond the traditional classifieds format, becoming powerful ecosystem platforms. The main headliner is palm payment with MPay Alakan — our technological edge.”
- Marat Toraliev, CEO of MBANK.

The scale of the presentation and the level of the solutions showcased made a strong impression on the participants and guests of MTalX 2026. The event clearly demonstrated that Kyrgyzstan’s digital market is moving forward at a rapid pace and has no plans to stop. By setting a benchmark that seemed impossible just recently, MBANK left guests wondering what innovations the bank will prepare for MTalX 2027.
