Beware of scammers: MBANK refutes information about “MBANK AI”

False information is being circulated on social media and across the internet claiming that MBANK has allegedly launched a service called “MBANK AI” — an automated platform for trading financial assets.
MBANK officially states that the bank has no connection whatsoever with this product, and all information related to it is fraudulent.
The false information is being published on a fake website impersonating one of Kyrgyzstan’s popular media outlets. In this way, scammers are trying to make their publications appear to come from a credible source and gain readers’ trust. The publication is also being promoted through paid advertising on Facebook, allowing scammers to reach an even wider audience.
What scammers are promoting
The fake messages claim that “MBANK AI” is an online investment platform that allegedly enables users to earn money, offers highly accurate predictions, and instantly executes profitable trades. Scammers promise returns of up to 450,000 KGS. This is false — MBANK does not offer or guarantee anything of the kind.
The name of Maksatbek Ishenbaev, Chairman of the Management Board of "Mbank" OJSC, is also being improperly used in such publications. We emphasize that he has no connection whatsoever with this scheme, and his name is being used by scammers without any basis.
The purpose of such publications is to mislead citizens and fraudulently obtain their money under the guise of high-yield investments.
What you need to know
MBANK has not launched any service or product called “MBANK AI”. Promises of guaranteed and instant investment returns are a clear sign of fraud.
Stay vigilant: always check the website address and verify that the source is official before clicking links in advertisements or social media messages. Official information about MBANK products and services is available only on the bank’s official website and in the MBANK mobile app.
