Updated terms for Visa Infinite premium cards

Starting January 19, 2026, new terms for Visa Infinite premium cards regarding access to the VIP lounge at Manas International Airport (Bishkek) will take effect.

Minimum spending requirement for privileges
To access the VIP lounge at Manas International Airport (Bishkek), Visa Infinite cardholders must make purchases totaling at least KGS 80,000 during the calculation period. The calculation period includes all transactions made over the past 30 days.

* The total verification period is 35 calendar days (settlements for the last 5 days are not taken into account)

Which transactions are counted?

• All point-of-sale (POS) purchases, both abroad and within Kyrgyzstan, as well as online transactions (e-commerce).

• Payments made via Google Pay or Garmin Pay.

• The number of transactions does not matter — only the total amount spent.

Which transactions are not counted?

• Cash withdrawals.

• Card-to-card transfers.

• Transactions through the account linked to the card (including internet banking transfers, credit payments, transfers via details, P2P transfers, QR payments, etc.).

If the card has just been issued and there has not yet been an opportunity to meet the required spending threshold, the privilege can only be used after reaching the minimum spending amount (KGS 80,000).
