MJunior: Келечекке инвестиция. Финансылык сабаттуулук Кыргызстандагы окуучулардын жашоосун кантип өзгөртүп жатат

31 March 2026

The MJunior project continues its mission to build a financially conscious generation, serving as a reliable guide to the world of finance for children and teenagers. As part of the international Global Money Week – 2026 campaign, the project team held a series of large-scale educational events in schools across Bishkek, proving that financial literacy is the foundation of a successful future.

A New Format of Education: From Theory to Practice

The events began with welcome speeches from MJunior representatives and school management, setting a warm and engaging tone for the meetings.

The highlight of the program was a lecture by a leading expert — Aisuluu Zhamangulova, Director of the first state online school in the Kyrgyz Republic, “Tunguch.” She explained complex financial concepts in a simple and engaging way, turning the learning process into an exciting experience.

“Financially literate children are the foundation of a strong, stable, and prosperous society. By shaping the right attitude toward money today, we help them confidently build their future tomorrow,” the MJunior team noted.

However, the project went beyond theory — the knowledge gained was immediately reinforced in practice.

Game-Based Learning and Real Skills

A key learning tool was a tournament based on the legendary CashFlow game. In this interactive format, students learned to:

  • manage assets and liabilities;
  • make strategic financial decisions;
  • work in teams and assess risks.

At the end of the tournament, 10 winners were selected in each school. In addition to certificates and valuable prizes, top participants will receive a unique bonus — an exclusive экскурсия в MBANK, which will take place on April 1. Students will get a behind-the-scenes look at how the modern banking system operates, explore digital financial technologies, and learn about career opportunities at MBANK.

Voices of Participants and Educators

The effectiveness of the initiative is confirmed by the participants themselves. One of the winners, Bilal, shared his впечатления:

“I really enjoyed today’s event — everything was at the highest level. I gained a lot of эмоции and learned many useful things about money. I wish such lectures were held more often.”

Teachers also support the initiative. Elmira Asanbaevna, a teacher at the “Ilim” educational complex, emphasized the importance of the project:

“Today, it is especially important to teach children financial literacy from an early age. As both a mother and a teacher, I fully support this. Every child should know how to save and manage their pocket money. This is a basic skill in the modern world.”
