MBANK has rolled out instant Visa Gold card issuance through card issuance kiosks nationwide across the Kyrgyz Republic

MBANK continues to reinforce its status as the country’s first digital bank by introducing a new level of convenience for customers. Visa Gold Instant cards can now be issued and reissued free of charge at MBANK card issuance kiosks in just 60 seconds.

Previously, kiosks supported only MJunior children’s cards. With the service expansion, MBANK customers can now instantly receive a Visa Gold Instant card without visiting a branch or waiting for delivery.

Fast, Free, and Fully Digital

The card issuance or reissuance process takes no more than one minute, while the actual card printing requires up to 15 seconds. All transactions are confirmed through the MBANK mobile app using a QR code, ensuring a high level of security and convenience.

To receive a card, customers need to:

• tap “Get a Gold Card” on the kiosk main screen,
• scan the QR code via the MBANK app,
• confirm the operation,
• enter the verification code — and collect the ready card.

Who Is Eligible for Card Issuance at a Kiosk?

Visa Gold Instant cards are available to individuals — residents of the Kyrgyz Republic, who are MBANK customers and have completed full identification.

Issuance is available if the customer has:

• only a virtual Visa card and no physical Visa card.

Reissuance is available if:

• the customer has a Visa Classic, Visa Gold Instant, or Visa Gold card in KGS,
• ​​​​​​​the card has expired or will expire within 30 days.

* Reissuance via kiosks is not available in cases of card loss or theft, or for payroll project participants.

About the Visa Gold Instant Card

The card is issued in Kyrgyz som (KGS) with a 3-year validity period. The first year of service is free, with a fee of 500 KGS per year thereafter.
