MBANK Recognized as Best Employer: The Most Prestigious International Award “Happiness at Work”

MBANK won the international “Living Companies” competition “Happiness at Work,” held on January 30, 2026, in Tashkent at the IT Park Uzbekistan Congress Center. The event brought together representatives of government bodies, businesses, international experts, and young professionals from Central Asia and CIS countries.

As part of the forum, winners of international competitions were awarded, where the MBANK team demonstrated a high level of corporate culture development and human resource management.

In the “Happiness at Work” category of the “Living Companies” competition, MBANK was recognized for its implemented cases in material and non-material motivation, corporate culture, and employee engagement.

It is also worth noting that the bank’s representative, Kairygul Ogonbaeva, became a winner among HR leaders, receiving the International Competition Winner award.
