MBANK Recognized as Central Asia’s Best Bank for SMEs
MBANK has been recognized as the best bank for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Central Asia. In the TOP20 SME Banks 2026 ranking compiled by the SME Banking Agency, the bank secured 1st place among 70 banks across the region.
MBANK achieved the highest overall score in the TOP20 SME Banks 2026 ranking, earning 1,996 points and outperforming banks from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and other Central Asian countries.
The SME Banking Agency evaluated participating banks across five key categories: Business Banking, Digital Banking, Daily Banking & Liabilities, Financing, and Sustainability & Inclusion. MBANK received high scores in all five areas, with its comprehensive business ecosystem playing a key role in securing the top position.

The ranking was compiled by the SME Banking Agency, an organization that evolved from the SME Banking Club community.
