MBANK has become the first bank in Kyrgyzstan to launch card machines for the instant issuance and reissuance of personalized bank cards. Now, getting a new card or replacing an existing one can be done independently in just a few minutes.

MBANK has achieved something that seemed nearly impossible until recently: a personalized card is printed on the spot, with no waiting and no extra visits.

The end of the waiting era

Previously, getting a personalized card looked more or less the same at almost every bank: submit an application, wait for production, then return for pickup.

With the launch of card machines, this process has been reduced to just a few minutes.

The customer simply approaches a card machine at any MBANK branch, authorizes through the app, and selects the action needed. After confirmation, the card is printed right there in the machine and is ready to use immediately.

No paper applications.
No waiting.
No repeat visits.

How it works

Getting a card takes just a few simple steps:

• Approach a card machine at any MBANK branch;
• On the main screen, select "Get MBANK Card";
• Scan the QR code using the MBANK app;
• Choose to get a new card or reissue an existing one;
• Select the card you need;
• Confirm the operation with the code from the app;
• Receive your ready card within seconds.

The customer completes the entire process on their own.

Free for customers

Issuing a new personalized Gold card and routine reissuance upon expiration are both provided free of charge. This means the customer receives a full personalized card at no extra cost and without a long wait.

More possibilities along with the card

The new technology addresses more than just speed. For many customers, getting a card through the machine also becomes a step toward full identification status with the bank.

This unlocks expanded features, including:

• higher transfer limits;
• higher credit limits;
• opening deposits online;
• issuing virtual cards in foreign currency;
• the option to order a children's card.

In other words, a few minutes at a card machine opens the door to a significantly wider range of financial services.
