Changes to the Public Offer Agreement

OJSC "MBank" hereby notifies you of amendments to the Public Offer Agreement for Receiving Credit Products Issued in Cash/Non-Cash Form by Transfer to a Card Account and/or to the Bank’s Partner’s Account, or Remotely via the MBANK Service at OJSC "MBank".

The updated version of the Public Offer Agreement will come into effect on July 15, 2026.
