HORECA Summit 2026 in Bishkek: Chefs, Competitions, Business and Technology
On October 18, Bishkek will host HORECA Summit 2026 — a professional event for those working in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Owners and managers of restaurants and other establishments, hoteliers, chefs, bar managers, and other HoReCa professionals will come together at one venue.
The program features more than 20 speakers, five themed zones, practical workshops, professional competitions, an expo, and networking.
Chefs, Baristas and Bar Managers: What to Expect
One of the event’s zones will be “Chef Kitchen” — a private area for 45 participants, where chefs from France, Georgia, and Kyrgyzstan will conduct practical workshops. Guests will be able to see professional techniques and approaches to working in the kitchen.
Coffee lovers can enjoy a latte art battle. Baristas will compete in their skills, while professional judges will evaluate the participants’ performances.
There will also be a competition among bar managers. Participants will have to complete professional tasks within a limited time, after which their work will be evaluated by judges.
Business and Operations
A separate part of the program will focus on the challenges owners and managers face every day: business management, team operations, service, process efficiency, and business development.
At the expo, visitors will be able to meet companies and suppliers working with the restaurant and hospitality industry, explore their solutions, and connect with potential partners.
