Paper receipts are a thing of the past: MBANK is the first to digitize payments for the Ministry of Natural Resources

A digital breakthrough for the environment

Previously, paying environmental fees and charges for the use of natural resources was a lengthy process: visiting bank branches, handling paper receipts, and waiting in queues. In partnership with the Ministry of Natural Resources, the bank has effectively created a new digital channel where no automated systems previously existed.

This is not just a button in the app, but a full-fledged digital catalog. Around 19 categories have been integrated into the system — from specialized industry fees to national initiatives.

A special place in the new service is given to the “Jashyl Muras” project. This is a large-scale national initiative aimed at greening the country, launched at the initiative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. Now, through MBANK, anyone can make a donation in just a few clicks to support tree planting and the country’s ecosystem. This makes participation in the government program transparent and accessible to every smartphone user.

The entire process takes less than a minute. To make a payment, follow these steps:

• Go to the “All services” section
• Enter “Ministry of Natural Resources” in the search bar
• Select the required service from the list
• Enter the payer’s details (full name or company name)
