Exchange of bonuses for soms is available only for clients with Platinum level

In order to get the maximum cashback, you need to have the Platinum level. To get the Platinum level, you need to complete certain tasks for each level and upgrade it to the Platinum level.

Owners of MBANK PREMIUM cards in som currency receive the Platinum level for the entire period of card ownership.

All clients of the bank who have the MBANK mobile application, as well as a bank card and/or a payment account in our bank can participate in the MBonus Program. Participants can be residents and non-residents of Kyrgyzstan.

To receive rewards, you need to complete certain tasks. Each level has its own tasks:

• Money turnover: the amount of payments via a mobile application or card.
• Number of payments: the number of payments via a mobile application or card.
• Payment in certain categories: for example, Internet, utilities, and others.

Also available are the "Choose from" tasks:»:

• Share of non-cash turnover: the ratio of the amount of non-cash payments (via the MBank mobile application or card) to the total amount of payments.

MBonus – is a loyalty program for MBANK clients, where you can earn bonuses when making purchases from our partners via a mobile application or bank card. You can use these bonuses to pay for goods and services from more than 130 bank partners.

The cashback amount depends on the level and the cashback determined by the partner!

Standard: up to 4% bonuses from purchases from partners

Bronze: up to 8% bonuses from purchases from partners

Standard: up to 12% bonuses from purchases from partners

Gold: up to 16% bonuses from purchases from partners

Platinum: up to 20% bonuses from purchases from partners, priority call to the call center

The first level in the loyalty program is – Silver. To increase the level or stay at the same level, complete the specified tasks depending on your level. 
The level is updated monthly, and depends on how successfully you have completed the tasks.

For example: Your level from January 1, 2024 is Silver. To get Platinum status, you need to complete the tasks specified for the Platinum level.

If the specified tasks were completed before February 1, 2024,то then your level will increase. Provided that one of the tasks is not completed by the first day of the next month, then the level: :

• Remains the same
• Increases, but to the Gold level
• Decreases to the Bronze or Standard level

* When completing tasks, transfers within MBANK, to e-wallets and other banks, payments for mobile communications and loan repayment are not taken into account.

Also, if you have MKASSA, you can leave a participation application directly from the MKASSA mobile application.

If one of the tasks is not completed by the first of the next month, your level will remain the same or may be lowered depending on how successfully the tasks are completed.

Go to MBonus  → Click on the partner and a window with detailed information about the partner will appear.

Accumulated bonuses can be spent when paying by scanning QR code through our bank’s QR terminals. Bonuses can be used to pay for goods and services partially or in full.

You can also spend bonuses in the Payments tab: utilities, Internet, fines, taxes and much more.
You cannot spend bonuses when paying for mobile communications or replenishing electronic wallets.

You can spend accumulated bonuses in several ways:

1. You can use them to pay by scanning QR code through our bank’s QR terminals. Bonuses can be used to pay for goods and services partially or in full. However, cashback is not accrued when paying with bonuses. 
2. You can spend bonuses to pay for various services, such as utilities, Internet, fines and taxes, through the "Payments" section. Remember that you cannot use bonuses to pay for mobile communications or replenish electronic wallets.

If the "Spend bonuses" window appears when paying, you can pay for the purchase

If there is no such window when paying, then accordingly bonuses cannot be used
