MANIPOLIA by MBANK Promotion

Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic aged 18 and over who have completed full identity verification in the MBANK app are eligible to participate. To join the promotion, you must complete at least one task in the promotion section.

The promotion runs from October through December 31, 2026, inclusive. Points are awarded for activities recorded and processed by the MBANK system before 11:59:59 PM on December 31, 2026.

On the MBANK app's home screen, select the “MANIPOLIA” section. There, you can view tasks, your Mani and Energy balances, the quest, your points history, the Prize Shop, Coupons, and prizes you have received.

Mani are points earned by completing tasks and progressing through the quest. They are not money and have no cash value. Mani can be exchanged for available prizes or coupons.

Complete tasks in the “Tasks” section and progress through the quest on the “Manipolit” game board. You can earn Mani by completing quizzes, playing the Match-3 mini-game, and participating in other game activities.

The conditions, limits, and number of points are displayed in the promotion interface. Tasks may be updated.

Mani shall be credited within three (3) calendar days from the date of completion of the Task. The Task completion status and crediting history can be viewed in the Promotion interface.

Energy represents the moves participants use to progress along the quest route. Each participant receives 3 moves daily. Additional moves may be awarded for completing certain tasks.

Participants move along a route and land on spaces offering different opportunities: earning Mani, answering questions, completing tasks, playing mini-games, or choosing from available rewards.

The contents of each space and the conditions for receiving rewards are displayed in the app.

If you complete a task within two hours of landing on the corresponding space, you will receive double the usual amount of Mani.

If you complete the task later, you will receive the standard number of points indicated in the task list.

In the Prize Shop, you can exchange Mani for available prizes at the listed prices.

The Prize Shop opens in the third week of the promotion and is restocked weekly.

Prize quantities are limited. The prize goes to the first participant who exchanges the required amount of Mani for it.

If a prize is out of stock, you will need to wait for the next restock.

No. You cannot exchange Mani for the same prize more than once.

Prize availability and the required number of Mani are displayed in the Prize Shop.

In the Prize Shop, you exchange Mani directly for an available prize.

In the “Coupons” section, you exchange Mani for a coupon that gives you a chance to win a specific prize in a prize draw.

You choose which prize you want to use your Mani for.

The Organizer determines when the “Coupons” section opens and sets the prize draw dates at its discretion.

Information about available coupons, prizes, and draw dates will be published in the promotion interface.

If fewer than 100 coupons have been purchased for a particular prize by the time of the draw, the draw will not take place, and the prize will be carried over to the next period.

No. Mani used to obtain a coupon are non-refundable, regardless of whether the participant wins a prize.

The Organizer will notify prize winners through the MBANK app and/or by calling from the official number 3333 within 10 business days.

To claim a prize, winners must complete verification and confirm their identity within 10 business days.

The information in the identity document must match the information registered in MBANK.
