service "For children" - This
is a section in the MBank app that features a collection of tried-and-true
activities for children 7–16 years old.

Here you will find sports sections,
language schools, IT courses, educational clubs, creative studios, and other
areas for child development.

In one place, you can find classes
near your home on a map, compare prices, read reviews from other parents,
contact the organization, enroll your child, and Pay for your classes without switching to other
apps or messaging

There is no need to download a separate application.

Open the MBank application, go to the "For Children" section, and you'll see a catalog of children's activities.

Yes. Children's safety is our top priority.

The child does not communicate directly with organizations. Organizations cannot write or call a child. All messages, calls, and requests must be processed through the parent.

The child's personal data is protected. The organization will only see the child's name and age after you submit an enrollment request.

Only verified organizations are listed on the platform. Before publication, each organization undergoes document verification and moderation.

Only a parent can enroll a child in classes and pay for them. The child does not have access to payment or self-registration.

Nowadays, many children's activities
are offered through advertisements and social media, so it can be difficult for
parents to determine how reliable an organization is.

That's why only officially
registered legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and LLCs of the Kyrgyz
Republic are listed on the platform.

Before publication, each organization goes
through several stages of verification.

Checking
documents. The organization provides
registration documents, which are verified.

Reputation check. The MBank Junior team is reviewing the organization's experience, parent
feedback, and information from open sources.

Additional verification. If necessary, MBank Junior specialists visit the organization to ensure
the safety of the premises and conditions for children.

After connection, verification continues. The
MBank Junior team regularly

verifies posted information, reviews
parental requests and, if necessary, conducts additional verification.

The "For Children" section
is available to all MBank users. Simply open it and start searching for
activities.

If your children have MBank
Junior, they will have access to additional features. They will be able to
browse the catalog independently in a safe children's version of the
application,

, add their favorite
classes to their favorites, and send you a "I want to sign up"
request.

If a child aged 7–16 hasn't yet
registered with MBank Junior, it is possible to do so in just a few minutes
directly in the MBank application. Along with this, the child will receive a
child card, a piggy bank, and other service features.

In the MBank Junior app, children see the same catalog of activities, but in a special children's version—without ads, fees, or the ability to contact the organization.

He/she can independently search for interesting classes, add them to favorites and send you a request “I want to sign up.”

After this, you will be able to view information about the class, contact the organization, and enroll your child.

A child cannot register or pay for a lesson on their own—this is only available to a parent.

Payments are made fast and secure, directly in the MBank application.

No. The "For Children" section is free to use.

You pay only the cost of the lessons, at the price set by the organization. There are no additional fees or hidden charges for using the service.

If you have any questions about scheduling, rescheduling classes, or refunds, please contact the organization first.

We recommend writing in the platform's internal chat - the correspondence will be saved and will help confirm your agreements if necessary. If the question requires a quick resolution, you can also call the organization and share important agreements in the chat.

If the organization doesn't respond for a long time, please contact MJunior support. We'll contact the organization and request a response.

If serious violations are detected or a large number of complaints are confirmed, the organization may be restricted in its operations or disconnected from the platform.

After attending a class, you can
rate and leave feedback directly in the application. The rating is based solely
on feedbacks from real platform users.

Children are provided with a safe way to
express their opinions – likes.

A child cannot leave feedbacks or comments to
protect their privacy. Instead, the child can like the activities they enjoy.

Other users only see the total
number of likes—the children's names are not displayed anywhere.

This way, parents can learn from
other families, and organizations can see what activities children really
enjoy.

Currently, the "For Children" service operates only in Bishkek.

The service will gradually become available in other cities and regions of Kyrgyzstan. Stay tuned for updates in the MBank application.
