FAQ
Who can participate?
Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic aged 18 and over, MBANK customers who are parents or legal guardians of a child aged 7 to 15, opening MJunior for the first time during the promotion period. Bank employees, members of the Board of Directors and their families may not participate.
Do I need to register separately for the promotion?
No. Participation is automatic — as soon as you activate an MJunior card, you are already in the queue.
How many children can I register?
No more than two. If you open MJunior for three children at once, only the first two participate in the promotion — in registration order.
Can I choose my prize?
No. The specific prize — iPad Air, PlayStation 5 or Acer Nitro laptop — is determined by the bank. Winners do not choose for themselves.
How will I know I’ve won?
You will receive a call from the bank’s official number 3333. At least 3 attempts will be made over 3 days. 3333 is the only official method of notifying winners.
