What can the bonus be spent on?

Is there a limit on the bonus amount?
Yes, the bonus is 50% of the top-up amount, capped at 1500 KGS.
When is the bonus credited?
The bonus is credited automatically after a successful top-up and becomes available immediately.
Can the bonus funds be withdrawn?
No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn or transferred — they can only be used to pay for services on House.kg.
Why didn’t I receive the bonus even though I see the promotion?
The promotion applies only to new House.kg users — those who have never made a payment on the platform. If you already have a payment history, standard conditions apply. This is not an error — this is how the promotion works.
Which top-up is counted if I topped up multiple times?
The bonus is начисляется once — for the first successful top-up via MBANK during the promotion. Multiple top-ups are not combined. If you top up again later, the bonus is calculated only from the first payment.
What happens to the bonus if I cancel or refund the top-up?
