Changes in tariffs for legal entities

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you about changes to the Bank’s тариф schedule in the «Cash and Settlement Services for Legal Entities» section due to the launch of a new product.

New services related to Visa Direct Account via MBusiness have been added:

• fees introduced for non-cash transfers in foreign currency with differentiation by destination (including the United States, the United Kingdom, South Korea, and SEPA countries);
• minimum fee: USD 3 / EUR 7;
• an additional fee for Exception Handling services (including payment tracking, recall, and refund processing) has been introduced — USD 30.

Effective date: March 31, 2026.
