Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic aged 18+ who are MBANK customers. Bank employees, members of the Board of Directors, and their family members are not eligible to participate.
Do I need to register separately for the promotion?
No. Once you make a payment with MPay, you automatically become a participant.
How can I receive cashback?
Cashback is credited immediately after making a payment with MPay through MKassa POS terminals.
How will I know if I win?
You will receive a push notification in the MBANK app or a call from the official bank number 3333. The bank will make at least 3 contact attempts within 3 days. Number 3333 is the only official communication channel.
