Asylbekov Emilbek Mamanovich

- in 2014 from the Faculty of Law and Sharia at Al-Azhar International University. He received ijazah (certificates) in Quranic sciences, Hadith, Arabic language, and other Islamic sciences.
- In 2017, he completed a two-year Muftiate training course in Egypt and, after a one-year internship at Dar al-Ifta, officially received a certificate of completion.
- In 2019, he participated in international Sharia seminars and received the AAOIFI certificate.
- Since 2021, he has been a member of the Council of Ulema of Kyrgyzstan.
Alimbekov Olzhobay Bolushovich

- graduated from the Arabic Language Institute and the Faculty of Arabic Language and Education at Umm Al-Qura University in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, from 2004 to 2011.
- From 2013 to 2015, he studied at the Islamic Studies Research Center of Umm Al-Qura University, earning a diploma in Shariah qualification.
- In 2016, he entered the master’s program in the Faculty of Hadith at Umm Al-Qura University.
- From 2018 to 2020, he completed his bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of “Hanafi Fiqh and Its Methodology” at the International Islamic University in Amman, Jordan.
- He received ijazah (authorizations) from renowned Hanafi scholars of the world in tafsir, hadith, fiqh, Arabic language, and other sciences. His teachers included: Sheikh Muhammad Said Bukhari, Sheikh Taarik Sardar Ali, Sheikh Said Bakadiy, Sheikh Said Fuda, Sheikh Lufey Khalili, Sheikh Abdufattah Azzi, Sheikh Ali Asri, Sheikh Salah Abu Khajj, Molo Nadir, Sirajiddin Damla, Sheikh Chubak Azhy Jalilov, Abdyshukur Azhy Narmatov, and others.

- In 2012, he graduated from the Hazrat Osman Islamic Institute in Kara-Balta.
- In 2013, he completed the course “Raising the Level of Imams” in Turkey.
- From 2015 to the present — Deputy Chief Imam-Khatib of the Jayil District. Has an Ijaza of the Egyptian scholar Ahmad Sharif on the symbol of faith. Author of the translation of the book "Fiqh ul Akbar" with explanations into Russian and Kyrgyz. Author of the translation of "Mukhtasar al-Wikoya" — one of the most important works on fiqh in the Hanafi madhhab.
- He is currently teaching Usool and Usool ul Fiqh at the Islamic Institute. He has studied in depth the works of Muhammad Taqi Usmani, the eminent Islamic scholar of our time, especially his works in the field of Islamic finance.
