Murabaha Agreement is a transaction for the installment sale of goods purchased by the Bank at the request of the client or owned by the Bank at the time of the client's request. When selling, the Bank openly shows the purchase price of the goods and the amount of the markup. Murabaha differs from other financial loans in that it does not require interest, since Sharia prohibits usury and prohibits lending money at interest.

Individual entrepreneurs, individuals and legal entities operating in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas that do not contradict Sharia standards.

For what purposes can Murabaha financing be obtained?

Acquisition of a land plot; Acquisition of an apartment, a residential building.

Conditions

  • Amount: up to 21,000,000 soms for the purchase of commercial premises
  • Amount: up to 10,000,000 soms for the purchase of residential real estate
  • Security: if there is a down payment of 30% or more, the purchased real estate and/or other real estate, vehicles, deposit, guarantee
  • Term - up to 96 months;
  • No commission.

Required documents:

  • Passport;
  • Documents confirming income and activity;
  • Title documents of the acquired real estate and collateral.

Rate of return: 17% per annum (annual premium from 9.45%)
