Conditions
- Amount: up to 21,000,000 soms for the purchase of commercial premises
- Amount: up to 10,000,000 soms for the purchase of residential real estate
- Security: if there is a down payment of 30% or more, the purchased real estate and/or other real estate, vehicles, deposit, guarantee
- Term - up to 96 months;
- No commission.
Required documents:
- Passport;
- Documents confirming income and activity;
- Title documents of the acquired real estate and collateral.
Rate of return: 17% per annum (annual premium from 9.45%)
