No, this privilege is available exclusively to the cardholder. Accompanying guests must pay separately in accordance with the airport’s standard rates.

No, the service is available only upon presentation of a physical plastic card.
What requirements must be met to receive complimentary access to the Manas VIP Lounge, and how can I use this privilege?
The access requirements and visit validation procedures are determined by the Visa payment system. To receive complimentary access, you must:
Meet the minimum spending requirement: Make purchases with your card totaling at least KGS 80,000 (or the equivalent in another currency) during the previous 35 days (30 days plus 5 days for transaction clearing).
Present your physical card at the VIP Lounge reception desk on the second floor of the Manas 2 terminal building and inform the staff member that you wish to use the Visa premium service.
Complete validation: A staff member will validate your card using a Visa terminal, which will automatically confirm that the spending requirement has been met and that complimentary visits are available.
